What if Tracking shows delivered, but I did not get package?
Unfortunately, once it has been shipped, with a tracking number, it is out of our hands. Please contact your local post office. Further action may be required, i.e.: filing a police report for "theft", as "Porch Piracy" is on the rise. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance, and we will not replace at our expense. Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, that you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it's being delivered.
Returns and Refunds
I do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order. A damaged item is one that is broken, chipped or cracked and it was not mentioned in the listing. Minor wear on vintage items is NOT damage. You must provide photos of the damaged item, the package and the packaging materials. To receive a full refund, you may be required to return the item in question. I carefully inspect all items before shipping and compare it to the photos in the actual listing. If there are any discrepancies from the listing and the item, I am shipping you will be contacted. My goal is to make your experience with Vintage Geeks a happy and positive experience.
Care instructions
I sell Vintage items that are dated before 2003. Please take special care when cleaning these items. Handwash only. Some items have not been cleaned prior to shipping due to their age and possibility of harm to the item.
What is vintage and can it be replaced?
Vintage is anything dated before 2003. Vintage is not perfect! These items are over 20 years old. You may see some wear to the item, as in most cases the item is pre-owned. Sometimes they work, sometimes they do not. It is not always possible for me to verify the working condition of some of these items. I try to state in the description all that I know concerning the vintage item. If you have a question, please message me.
I do not have replacements due to the fact that these items are vintage, and I find them at garage sales, estate sales and thrift stores and are often one of a kind for me when I do find them. You may have to search online or an antique store to find another one.
